Working in the lab –
Students interested in research in my lab may undertake projects during the spring, summer, or fall semesters, but there are several considerations:

reading and library research are a big part of laboratory research and should precede and accompany the project

the process is competitive, since space and resources are limited
-
students are strongly encouraged to undertake two consecutive semesters (or more) of research
